Note: Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment (quality checks, packaging, etc.).

Standard Shipping:
- Most orders arrive within 6–30 business days after processing.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of our global supplier network.
- Insurance is available on all orders and is recommended. If this option is selected during checkout and your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.
Delays:
- Customs clearance, weather events, or supplier shortages may occasionally delay delivery. We’ll notify you via email if delays occur.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We ship worldwide to most countries.

4. Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available for all orders over $25 anywhere in the world.
5. Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Tracking updates depend on your local postal service or courier.
6. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
- International Customers (outside of Canada): You may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges. These are not included in your order total.
- We cannot refund orders abandoned due to unpaid customs or import fees.
